Dress new and never worn. Beautiful dress! Strapless sweetheart neckline made of Alencon lace. Dress sits at natural waist. Very flattering ruched front. The dress does not come with a belt, but I am including a crystal belt that is 24" long and 2" wide. Belt is ready to attach directly to the dress or to a sash. I also have a NWOT crinoline from David's Bridal size 12 style #603. It comes up higher than natural waist and works well. All 3 items are included in price.
