The dress is called Diana, and is from one of Galia Lahav's newest collections. The bodice is made of a very comfortable double silk (30% silk) stretch material that moulds very nicely to the body and shows off your curves. The sides are imported french chantilly lace surrounded by hand-embroidered 3D gothic petals and the skirt is layers and layers of tulle.
It's a size 38 in european sizing which is an 8 here in North America but the top part of the dress would have had to be altered for me (I have larger hips but a smaller waist and bust); however the alterations would have been minimal (shortening the straps a little and taking it in a bit at the waist). As for street size, I tend to wear a 6-8 in pants and anything from small/X-small (0) to a 4 in tops. It has not been altered so it can be adjusted to fit you perfectly. The retail price is 16,770$ before taxes (19 200% total) so you would be saving over 22%.
